With the top gear heroines gracing the covers of fashion and lifestyle magazines, models are getting a run for their money it seems. The latest in this sequence is Deepika Padukone who is the cover-girl for the latest issue of the fashion magazine ‘Grazia’.
In the issue, Deepika says, “I charge what I think I am worth and if people are willing to pay me that much, it must mean that they think that I’m worth it too. No one affords risks like investing in actors they don’t really believe in.â€
Talking about her proud father and ace badminton player, Prakash Padukone, she says “My father’s always told me that fame is temporary and it’s not important to dwell on it too much.â€
