Tanushree is playing an action heroine in producer Sahil Khan’s jungle thriller ‘Ramma – The Saviour’. Shooting for the film in the jungles of Thailand has helped Tanushree get over some of her chronic fears. Not many know that Tanushree has not learnt swimming for aquaphobia, the fear of water, which she has been suffering with since her childhood. Now, while shooting for certain portions of the film in and under water, she had to cope up with her fears.
The film’s action director Peter Hann, who has also been teaching martial arts to Tanushree, gave the actress some basic tips about swimming and holding breath underwater. Thereafter, Tanushree was harnessed to a safety cable to keep her from drowning.
Apart from this, the actress also conquered her fear of insects and reptiles while shooting in the jungles of Thailand.
